BOLS Kirsch is made from fermented and distilled cherries. It is a clear liqueur flavored with real cherry juice from the famous Schwarzwalder cherries, which are called Kirsch and are found in Germany. Kirsch has the lowest sugar content of any Bols liqueur, making it almost closer to an eau-de-vie than a liqueur. It is clear in color and intensely aromatic, excellent in cocktails and mixed drinks.
